Your consultation is a relaxed conversation where we take the time to understand your goals and answer your questions without pressure.

During your consultation your Registered Nurse will:

• Discuss your concerns and treatment goals.

• Review your medical history and suitability for treatment.

• Assess your facial anatomy and skin.

• Explain suitable treatment options.

• Discuss expected outcomes and risks.

• Provide a personalised treatment plan.

• Answer any questions you may have.

If a prescription is required your consultation will also include the necessary prescribing assessment in accordance with current Queensland requirements.

Depending on your concerns your personalised treatment plan may include:

• Wrinkle reduction treatments

• Volume restoration treatments

• Skin needling

• Chemical peels

• Medical grade skincare

Do I receive treatment on the same day?

For prescription only aesthetic medicine treatments, Queensland regulations require a consultation and prescription before medication can be ordered. Treatment is generally booked once your prescription has been approved and your product has arrived.

How long is the consultation?

Appointments are approximately 30 minutes depending on your concerns.

Do I have to proceed with treatment?

No. The consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, understand your options and receive personalised advice. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.

Can I discuss more than one concern?

Yes. We encourage you to discuss all of your facial and skin concerns so we can develop a treatment plan that addresses your overall goals.
