Due to TGA and AHPRA regulations we cannot discuss treatments. Consultations to assist with wrinkles and volume loss are required and a customised treatment plan is designed for you with your nurse and prescribing doctor, this ensures that information provided is accurate, safe, and tailored to your specific needs.

Disclose all medications and medical history before treatment to your treating nurse. Avoid harsh skin treatments such as skin needling, chemical peels, cosmelan. You must not have had a vaccination within 2 weeks of your treatment or have one scheduled 2 weeks after your treatment. You should not be pregnant or trying to become pregnant. Read all documentation prior to treatment. No intoxication of illicit drugs or alcohol 24 hours before treatment.

As with any medical procedure, aesthetic medicine treatments carry potential risks, including:

Redness, swelling, or bruising at the treatment site
Tenderness or discomfort
Infection
Allergic reaction
Uneven or unexpected results
Rare but serious complications depending on treatment type

We will explain all relevant risks during your consultation and provide guidance on minimising them.

Most clients describe wrinkle reduction as tolerable. A fine needle is used and each injection usually feels like a quick pinching sensation that lasts only a few seconds.

Treatment is typically completed within 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the areas being assessed and treated.

Most appointments take approximately 15 to 30 minutes.

Your appointment includes reviewing your medical history, discussing your concerns, assessing your facial anatomy and developing a personalised treatment plan. If appropriate, treatment may be performed following your consultation and prescribing requirements.

Wrinkle reduction does not work immediately.

Generally, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, excessive heat such as saunas or steam rooms and unnecessary pressure or massage over the treated areas for the recommended period. Following your aftercare instructions helps support the best possible outcome.

It’s best to wait 12-24 hours before applying makeup to the treated areas.

When applying makeup, avoid excessive rubbing or pressure over the injection sites. Your Registered Nurse will provide personalised aftercare advice before you leave the clinic.

We generally recommend avoiding strenuous exercise until the following day.

Exercise increases blood flow and may contribute to swelling or bruising or undesired results in some individuals. Allowing time for the treatment to settle before returning to intense physical activity is recommended.

It’s generally recommended to avoid alcohol for the remainder of the day following treatment.

Alcohol may increase the likelihood of bruising in some individuals.

Common temporary side effects may include redness, tenderness, swelling, small bumps at the injection sites or bruising. These effects are generally mild and resolve over the following hours or days.

During your consultation we’ll discuss potential risks, expected recovery and answer any questions before treatment.

Yes. While many people experience little or no bruising, small bruises can occasionally occur because tiny blood vessels sit close to the surface of the skin.

Bruising is usually minor and fades naturally over several days, in rare instances larger bruises can occur, if this happens please always message a photo to your treating nurse.

Yes. Depending on your concerns and treatment goals, wrinkle reduction may be combined with treatments such as skin needling, chemical peels or volume restoration as part of a personalised treatment plan.
